The BA Management program aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge to run businesses, corporations and other private and public institutions, focusing on strategic and operational management with special emphasis on human resources, projects, finance, organizational structures and the management of digital systems.
Students who pursue studies at the BA Management level will be equipped with competitive managerial skills for the labor market in the Kosovo region and beyond.
The mission of the BA program in Management is “to equip students, through contemporary teaching methods, with the knowledge and skills of management, leadership, and innovative decision-making based on evidenced research who will be competent to provide creative solutions for the community, economic development, and the society in general.”

Bachelor’s degree programs are open to all candidates who have completed their secondary education, possess the required documentation, and meet the minimum admission criteria set by the Senate. According to the Regulation for Bachelor Studies at AAB College, the recognition of qualifications and the transfer of studies are governed by Articles 6, 7, and 8 of this regulation. Studies in the BA Program in Management last 3 years, 180 ECTS, with a total of 6 semesters.
Upon completion of studies, students earn the academic title Bachelor of Arts in Management.
The BA Management program is designed to prepare professionals capable of leading, organizing, and developing businesses, as well as public and private institutions, by combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills in the fields of strategic management, leadership, human resource management, finance, project management, and organizational innovation.
Students are prepared for entry-level professional positions such as general managers, project managers, human resource managers, operations and logistics managers, organizational development consultants, performance analysts, as well as entrepreneurs who create and lead new innovative businesses in both local and international markets.
In the BA Management program, learning outcomes are assessed through a combination of evaluation methods designed to measure students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills. These methods include written exams, practical skills assessments, research work, individual or group assignments, and presentations.
In addition to summative assessment, the program also incorporates formative assessment, which supports students’ continuous development. Formative assessment is conducted through group discussions, feedback from the professor or peers on short assignments, multiple-choice questions, and case studies.
Students also receive regular feedback and guidance during lectures, seminars, consultation hours, as well as through electronic communication, ensuring continuous support for improving their academic performance.
